Hello Geeks,

Publicis Sapient hires candidates through

1. Campus Hiring – Training & Placement Cell contacts with the HRs and an itinerary is planned.

2. Off-campus – Generally a Google Form is filled with the basic details and then all the rounds are conducted. (I got hired through this method).

Rounds –

1. Screening Test –

  • Test link is shared with the candidate
  • Comprises of 3 questions of (easy, medium & hard)

Once you clear the Screening test, you’ll get a phone call from the Hiring Team who’ll inform you that you cleared the Screening Test and will schedule an interview as per your availability.

2. Technical Round (60 min) –

  • Seasoned Engineers will take this round (so prepare yourself with the professional ethics).
  • Starts with brief introduction, some discussion around your final year project and questions on Resume.
  • If the candidate has interned before, they’ll ask something on that experience and the tech stack on which the candidate has worked on.
  • Technical questions varying from OOPs, Basic System Design, Databases, Networking, etc.
  • DSA Questions (Depends on Interviewer) – An online code editor link would be shared.

Once you clear the Technical Round, again you’ll receive a call in 3-5 days and the final round (HR Round) would be scheduled as per your availability.

3. HR Round (30-45 min) –

  • Witty yet generous & soft-spoken Professionals would take this round.
  • Once again a brief introduction, but since this would test your communication skills as well, so the emphasis would be on your confidence of presenting yourself.
  • Questions would be scenario based where your decision making skills within a professional boundary would be evaluated.
  • It’s always best to always project yourself as a keen, learning candidate and your answers should indicate that you’ll always be vocal in seeking out help or guidance rather than being a shy, “I know it all” professional.

Once you clear the final HR round, the good news would be shared with you through a phone call. You can expect this within 3-5 days of the HR round.

Finally your selection mail would be shared and trust me you are not going to forget the broad smile you’re gonna get after that 🙂

To and fro mails would be exchanged regarding Background Verification, Documents Sharing, Offer Letter, Letter of Joining, Compensation Details, Onboarding details, etc.
