The recruitment is structured in three rounds. Campus specific my college

Round 1 :

It was a technical interview round where 10 students were called out according to their roll number and then from which 2 students would be selected. The interviewer would start the question from core subjects of Computer Science like DBMS, Operating Systems, Computer Networks, OOPs, and Programming Languages like JavaScript, Python, etc.

Those who can answer the question are given a chance to solve the question related to basic DSA like Searching, Arrays etc.

Then if you can explain your answer to the question you are then asked about the projects you have done and question related to it.

Round2 :

Those 2 students who are selected from round 1 are sent to the HR round in which both basic technical and non-technical

questions are asked like tell us about your family, strengths and weakness, etc. They may also ask about the domain in which the company is working like blockchain, machine learning, Virtual Reality Metaverse, etc. So I would recommend reading about the company and the technologies.

Round 3 :

After round 2 only 9 students were selected out of 118 students for the last round which was on Google Meet It was mostly the same as that of round 2. My advice would be to read about the company and tech moral values of the company and you will clear the round easily at the end even if you have plans for MTECH or going abroad you should not tell as this may lead to your rejection.

This is my experience as at the end of the round I was selected as Associate Software Developer.
