Mindtree Software Engineer Interview Experience

Hi friends, today I am sharing my interview experience with  Mindtree as a software developer for full-time employment after which we are designated in the C1 band.

Technical Round: So my technical interview was scheduled in the morning at 10 A.M  and it begin with a self-introduction.After the introduction, the interviewer asked me in which language I am comfortable so I said  Java and basic C++.

• The first question the interviewer asked me was to find vowels in my name and replace them with a given character which I did first using the string inbuilt method and then with for loop.
• The second question was to reverse the given string.
• Coming to the third question is based on the array to find the element (Linear Search).
• Next question was to implement a stack using Java and while implementing tell its properties of it.
• After that interview told me to identify what he has implemented in c++. (Interview implemented polymorphism in c++ which I need to tell him and state the type of polymorphism)
• Next, he asked him very simple SQL questions by just referring to GFG SQL or W3 SQL.

On the same day, I got mail that I cleared my technical interview and the next day HR round was conducted which was much simpler. The HR asked about me, where I stayed what are my hobbies and he also told me about the work culture of Mindtree.
