Merilytics Interview Experience for SDE (On-Campus) 2022

Merilytics visited our campus for two different roles i.e.

• STA(Senior Technical Associate)
• SBA(Senior Business Analyst)

The whole process was conducted online after resume shortlisting. There were 3 rounds:

Round 1 (Online Statistical Assessment – 30 mins): It consists of 20 basic statistical case study questions.

• Questions of Pie chart, Bar graph, Histogram, Stacked bar chart, etc.
• Each case study consists of 5 questions.
• After round 1, 6 out of 18 were shortlisted for the interview round.

Round 2 (Marketing management round – 45 mins): The interview was held on Zoom. The interviewer was very friendly and asked me to introduce myself.

• The question was to select the threshold number of products we must sell in a year to select the celebrity out of 2 based on some conditions and demands.
• Similar 2 questions were there.
• After round 2, 3 out of 6 were selected for 3rd and final round. 
• After the completion of the interview, the interviewer asked selected students to remain on the same meet link.
• After 2-5 minutes of waiting, the interview started.

Round 3 (Case Study round – 45 mins): The interviewer was very friendly and started the interview with an introduction and asked some questions based on my resume.

I was asked to interpret data in the form of a table and based on the data asked to tell whether we should launch a new close substitute to given products in the market or not.
After round 3, the result was declared the next day, and only I was offered the job.
