Recently, I interviewed with MDINDIA for the position of software developer. As it was my first interview, I was so nervous. There were a total of four rounds of interviews. The first round was resume shortlisting, an online test, a technical interview, and an HR round.

Round 1: Resume Shortlisting

My first round was resume shortlisting. My resume was selected. I have added my project and past internship.

Round 2: Online Test

The second round was an online written aptitude test. It has a total of 50 multiple-choice questions and one hour. Most of the questions were based on topics such as quantitative aptitude, programming language, Programming puzzles, and coding tests. As I prepared myself before, I was able to crack this round also.

Round 3: Technical Interview

The third round was a technical interview, as this hiring is based on .net,c#, SQL as I asked most questions below topic. which were below:

  • What is the role of the using directive in C#?
  • Explain the purpose of the async and await keywords in C#.
  • What is a primary key in a database?
  • Differentiate between a clustered and non-clustered index in SQL.
  • What is normalization in database design?
  • How does garbage collection work in .NET?
  • Explain the concept of boxing and unboxing in C#.
  • Explain the crud operation.

Round 4: HR Round

My last round was the HR round, and as usual, he asked me a common question, which I was preparing for.

  • What are your strengths and wealth?
  • What was your last role and how did you handle or work in the team??
  • Why MDINIA?
  • Are you able to relocate? etc.

After clearing successfully all rounds, I got a call from HR to congratulate me and join their company as soon as possible. It was a memorable experience for me.
