I worked at Language Wire Company for 1 month as an intern, it was an amazing journey filled with personal growth, valuable learning experiences, and wonderful memories. On the first day, I had a mixed feeling of excitement and nervousness. However, my colleagues and managers were supportive and made me feel good from day one. They politely guided me through the initial onboarding process and helped me understand the company’s values, goals, and role within the team. My Work is completely online and my mentor is guiding me for my project work.

In my 1 month of working, one of the good things that impressed me about the company was its commitment to employee growth and development. My managers and senior colleagues were always ready to help, provide guidance, and share their wealth of knowledge. My mentor who was assigned by the company was helping me too much for making me comfortable in my new and first work. His mentorship played a crucial role in shaping my professional growth.

Responsibilities: My responsibilities as Freelancer during my tenure.

Have good communication skills. Efficient in content writing.Good command of native languages as well. Comfortable working with MS Word files and google docs.

Although my overall experience was good there were a few aspects that were challenging for me. The communication with my mentor upskills me a lot. Limited opportunities for career growth and advancement within the company. The timing was flexible.

Overall, my time as a freelancer at language wire has been beneficial. With the focus on work-life balance, flexible hours, and remote work choices, I’ve been able to keep up a happy and healthy lifestyle.
