JSS Academy of Technical Education Coding Journey

Hi, I’m a second-year student from JSS Academy of Technical Education, and I’d like to share my coding journey, which began in my second semester. Before that, coding was completely foreign to me. Turning to LinkedIn, I sought advice from seniors who sparked my interest in the field. Despite attending a school affiliated with the UP board, where English posed a challenge, I persevered.

When I encounter students on LinkedIn who have achieved more than me, it prompts me to question why I haven’t reached the same level. However, rather than discourage me, this feeling motivates me to continuously learn and improve. I refused to give up, solving coding problems daily and seeking assistance from friends to grasp Data Structures and Algorithms.

Platforms like GeeksforGeeks, LeetCode, and CodeChef have been instrumental in my progress. I’m immensely grateful for the unwavering support and guidance from my friends throughout this journey. Now, I actively participate in coding contests across various platforms and have earned a 2-star rating on CodeChef. Additionally, I’ve ventured into web development. Though my coding journey has been challenging, consistency has been the key to overcoming obstacles. This journey has taught me that with determination, anything is achievable.
