Traveling by train in India is a convenient and affordable option for many. However, unforeseen circumstances can sometimes lead to the need of cancelling your ticket. Thankfully, Paytm, a popular digital payment platform, allows for easy cancellation of train bookings, adhering to the guidelines set by Indian Railways/IRCTC.

Important Note: Modifying bookings (passenger details, train, date) is not allowed on Paytm. You’ll need to cancel and rebook if necessary.

When Can you Cancel Your Train Ticket?
