Hello Geeks,

I am sharing my experience of my on-campus hiring process at Hexaware Technologies Limited. The recruitment process at our college was in online mode. They conducted 3 rounds listed below:

  • Round 1: Online Aptitude + Domain Test(Pseudo codes and Computer fundamentals)
  • Round 2: Online Communication Test
  • Round 3: HR Interview (20 -25 mins)

Round 1: Online Aptitude Test + Domain Test:

It was an elimination round, conducted on the Superset platform on 25th June 2023.

In the Aptitude Test, a total of 3 sub-sections were there. English, Analytical Reasoning, and Quantitative Aptitude. There were 20 questions per section i.e. in total, there were 60 questions and the time limit was 60 mins.

Tips: You can practice many questions on topics like Time and Work, Percentage, Partnership, Profit and Loss, Flowchart, and Syllogism. it will help you to increase speed in real exams.

In the domain test, Pseudo codes and Computer Fundamentals were 2 sub-sections. There were 15 questions per section i.e. in total, there were 30 questions and both sections were to be solved in 30 minutes only.

Note: Most of the problems in the Pseudo codes section were based on bitwise operations like XOR, AND, OR. There is no negative marking.

Tips: Solve the questions with a calm mind. Don’t stress yourself during the test because you have to do 30 questions in 30 minutes. Practice many pseudocode questions so it will help to increase speed during real examination.

I cleared the first round and got the mail for the second round through the Superset platform i.e. Online Communication Test.

Round 2: Online Communication Test:

This round is also an elimination round. Communication Test was conducted on the Mettl platform on 29th June 2023. This round only checks our Reading, Listening, grammar, and general verbal ability. There were many sections like Read and Repeat, Listen and Repeat some audio clips that we had to listen to and speak to, and also some questions were asked from audio clips so we had to listen to it carefully and answer accordingly. There were also questions like the extempore type where we had to speak for 1 minute and the topics were ‘Your favourite weather’, ‘Opinion on smart work and hard work’, ‘Your favourite sport’ and at the end, there was some grammar related fill in the blanks questions. Most of the students got eliminated in this round. Only 48 students were selected for the Technical Interview from my college. After this round, I got an email regarding selecting for the next round.

Tips: You can practice so it will enhance your listening power. Give the test in a calm environment with full attention and try to use good quality wired earphones.

Round 3: HR Interview :
