GlobalLogic Interviw Experience for Automation Test Lead (SDET)

So I sharing my personal experience and rounds with GlobalLogic where I am currently working.

Now let’s begin with some interview questions for the Automation Testing profile

Round 1(Technical Interview): 

• In this round, the interviewer asked me majorly from my CV as I mentioned I have exposure to selenium, Java, and rest APIs.
• Different selenium-based questions were asked followed by 2 coding problems in which 1 was related to array and 1 was related to Strings.
• In Rest API they asked me some manual questions and then some questions related to restAssured tool.

Round 2(Technical Interview): Same as round 1 Questions were around Selenium, restAssured, and Java but the interviewer here was focusing on how I approach problems and their solutions.

Round3 (Techno Managerial): This round was a 1-hour log like other rounds but here project manager asked me many questions related to manual testing, selenium, Java, Postman, rest API, rest-assured, and DB(joins) lastly he gave me a string-based problem to solve.

After discussing all the technical questions he asked me some managerial questions like how would I handle a team and some practical scenarios.

Round4 HR(Salary Negotiation):

• In this Round, HR told me that I cleared all the rounds and discussed my salary, once the salary negotiation was done then my offer letter was released.
