Alva’s College, Karnataka Campus Experience

Hi All,

Thank you for taking the time on this, I am from Alva’s College, Karnataka. I completed my Engineering in the year 2022 (batch 2018 to 2022). I am from the computer science and engineering branch. In this total of 4 years, I faced challenges related to campus interviews, projects, exams and results.

First-year Experience

The First year I had a physics and chemistry cycle, This year there was no lot of pressure on my head, I participated in mini projects and built mechanical projects and performed well in academics scoring an 8.5 CGPA.

Second-year Experience

Here is the main engineering started for me, I continually participated in DSA problems and have a good interest in this. Also participated in hackathon events and became the junior lead member. Also joined Python classes as another activity.

Third-Year Experience

This year is a little bit difficult for me due to academic subjects and major projects. I learnt DBMS, and php projects and built pesticides full stack projects. Also, I learnt Java programming language. Also participated in the branch fest. Also did a TCSiON internship for 45 days.

Final Year Experience

This is one of the important years for me due to placement. during our final year beginning our college provided training on placement preparation. And cracked jobs in three companies. TCS, Wipro and Infinite. After this attended an internship at Infinite Company. Along with this completed my academics and internship.

Finally, I secured 8.4 CGPA marks in my 4 years of engineering. And got a full-time job as a software engineer at the Infinite company.
