Scala Double %(x: Double) method

In Scala, Double is a 64-bit floating point number, which is equivalent to Java’s double primitive type. The %(x: Double) method is utilized to return the remainder when the given Double value is divided by the double value.
Method Definition – def %(x: Double)
Returns – Returns the remainder of the division of this value by x.

val result = ( 12.540000 .toDouble). % ( 13 : Double)
println(result)
