Scrum is the type of Agile framework. It is a framework within which people can address complex adaptive problem while productivity and creativity of delivering product is at the highest possible values

Scrum’s four pillars are as follows:

  1. Transparency: Within Scrum, transparency is the state in which every aspect of the project is visible and accessible. This covers the tasks being completed, the advancements being made, the difficulties encountered, and any adjustments or choices that have an impact on the project. Transparency fosters trust between team members and stakeholders by allowing everyone to have a clear grasp of the project’s status.
  2. Inspection: In Scrum, inspection entails routinely assessing the team’s work and advancement. This entails examining the product increment, the employed procedure, and any obstacles or problems that might come up. The team may detect issues early, make the required corrections, and make sure the final result is on track to fulfil the intended objectives and quality standards by routinely reviewing the work.
  3. Adaptation: The capacity to modify and alter in light of the data obtained from inspection is known as adaptation. Scrum encourages teams to modify their plans, workflows, and backlog of products in response to user feedback and adjustments to requirements or priorities. Teams that possess adaptability can react promptly to novel insights, client input, and evolving market circumstances, hence enhancing their ability to produce superior products.
  4. Focus: The Scrum team’s dedication to achieving the project’s goals and objectives is referred to as focus. With Scrum, the team prioritises work, keeps distractions to a minimum, and maintains alignment with the project’s goals and vision to deliver value to the customer. The team can produce high-quality products more quickly and effectively if they stay focused.
