Tensorflow.js is an open-source library developed by Google for running machine learning models and deep learning neural networks in the browser or node environment. It also helps the developers to develop ML models in JavaScript language and can use ML directly in the browser or in Node.js.

The tf.unstack() function is used to unstack a tf,tensors into an r-1 rank tf.tensor.

Syntax:

tf.stack(x, axis)

Parameters:

  • x: a tensor object.
  • axis: It is an axis of the unstack along.

Return Value: It returns tf.Tensor[]

Example 1:

Javascript

// Importing the tensorflow.js library
import * as tf from "@tensorflow/tfjs"

// Creating a tensor2d
const a = tf.tensor2d([1, 2, 3, 4], [2, 2]);

// Printing the tensor
tf.unstack(a).forEach(tensor => tensor.print());

Output:

Tensor
    [1, 2]
Tensor
    [3, 4]

Example 2:

Javascript

// Importing the tensorflow.js library
import * as tf from "@tensorflow/tfjs"

// Creating tensor2d
const b = tf.tensor2d([1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13, 21, 34, 55], [3, 3]);

// Printing the tensor
tf.unstack(b).forEach(tensor => tensor.print());

Output:

Tensor
    [1, 2, 3]
Tensor
    [5, 8, 13]
Tensor
    [21, 34, 55]
