SimpleDateFormat clone() Method in Java with Examples

The clone() Method of SimpleDateFormat class is used to create a copy of the SImpleDateFormat. It creates another copy of this SimpleDateFormat.

Syntax:

public Object clone()

Parameters: The method does not take any parameters.

Return Value: The method returns a copy of the SimpleDateFormat.

Below programs illustrate the working of clone() Method of SimpleDateFormat:

public class SimpleDateFormat_Demo {

Output:
The Original: 01/30/2019
