For each wrong question given by the candidate one-fourth of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted as a penalty. If a question is left unanswered, there will be no penalty for that particular question.
  • The score obtained by giving a correct answer by each of the candidates of different sessions (if held) will be normalized using the equi-percentile method. Scores up to two decimal points shall be taken for calculations.
  • The candidates will have to qualify both in Phase II and Phase-III separately. The marks obtained in Main Examination (Phase II), both in the Objective Test and the Descriptive Test, will be added to the marks obtained in Phase III for preparing the final merit list.
  • In the final merit list, the candidates are shortlisted based on the combined final score obtained by the candidates in Phase-II and Phase III; the weightage (ratio) of Phase-II and Phase III will be 75:25 respectively.
