Hello everyone, I wanted to share my experience with the Rupeek Technocrat internship process. As a final-year computer engineering student, I applied for the internship in November through a Google form dedicated to technocrats. On December 17, I received an email inviting me for an online assessment, marking the beginning of my journey into the selection process.

Step 1: Filling out a Google Form

The process started with filling out a Google form expressing my interest in the internship.

Step 2: Screening Round

This was followed by a screening round, presumably to shortlist candidates for the next stage.

Step 3: Online Assessment

The online assessment comprised two coding questions and 28 multiple-choice questions on computer fundamentals.

Step 4: Technical Interview

I moved on to the technical interview, where the focus was primarily on coding. The interviewer posed challenges related to binary search, sorting problems, and matrix-related questions.

Step 5: Managerial Interview

After receiving the selection mail, I prepared for the managerial round, anticipating questions related to technical or system design. To my surprise, the interview focused on my resume. They delved into my projects, asking for detailed explanations, and threw in some managerial questions.

Unfortunately, I didn’t clear this round, but it was my first off-campus interview, and the experience was enriching. The motivation it provided urged me to work even harder.

The journey was a mix of technical assessments and unexpected twists, and despite the outcome, it served as a valuable learning experience. I look forward to applying the lessons learned to future opportunities.
