jQWidgets is a JavaScript framework for making web-based applications for PC and mobile devices. The helper Property is used for the helper element that can be utilized to drag in order to render it. It accepts String/Function type values and its default value is ‘original’.

  • Set the helper property:
$('Selector').jqxSortable({helper: 'clone'});
  • Return the helper property:
var helper = $('Selector').jqxSortable('helper');
