I successfully graduated with a B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering from Amity University Madhya Pradesh. My journey through college was a rollercoaster ride, marked by the challenges of the pandemic. Despite facing disruptions in our education, the moments I spent on campus were filled with invaluable experiences and knowledge.

About the Campus:

The sprawling campus was divided into wings, each representing different disciplines and branches. It boasted state-of-the-art facilities, including solar-powered panels, modern classrooms, cutting-edge laboratories, an impressive amphitheater with ample seating, a sports wing, an extensive library, a recreation room, a dedicated placement cell, and a campus canteen offering delectable meals.

First-Year Adventures:

My first year in college was predominantly offline, where I had the opportunity to make new friends and connect with senior students who played a crucial role in helping me acclimate to the college environment. It was during this time that my curiosity led me to explore various topics related to my curriculum, particularly sparking my interest in Web Development. To further deepen my understanding, I became an active member of a college community club, which not only expanded my knowledge in this field but also allowed me to share my expertise with fellow students. The faculty was remarkably supportive, simplifying even the most complex subjects. Our practical labs were conducted regularly, emphasizing hands-on learning alongside theoretical classes. Weekly question-and-answer sessions provided a platform for individualized queries, and every student received personalized guidance from dedicated mentors, enriching their academic and extracurricular pursuits.

Second and Third-Year Challenges:

The second and third years were primarily characterized by online classes due to the pandemic. Adapting to this new mode of learning was initially challenging for both students and teachers. However, as time passed, we embraced this change and made online learning engaging and enriching. Our exams were conducted in a hybrid manner, with both offline and online options, ensuring accessibility for students from different regions.

Final Year Triumphs:

As we approached our final year, in-person classes resumed, allowing us to reunite with friends and relive a sense of normalcy. It was also the season for job placements, which naturally brought some anxiety among final-year students. Our professors and mentors played a pivotal role in preparing us for these opportunities, guiding us through training programs and helping us secure internships. During the last semester, the focus shifted primarily towards placement preparations, and students were given the flexibility to attend training and internship programs, with fewer academic obligations. I am thrilled to share that I secured a job placement during the final semester, bringing my college journey to a successful conclusion.
