Isango Interview Experience for SDE 2023

I applied for a position as a  Software Developer trainee at ISANGO!  through Campus Recruitment Process.

The whole process was so smooth and the interviewers were so friendly and helpful. 

Firstly they shortlist the students from resumes.

The hiring process of Isango! India Pvt. Ltd has 4 rounds:

Round 1: Written Aptitude Test + Tech Domain Test(In University in the presence of HR)

Test 1: Aptitude Test (Three Sections: English, Analytical Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude) with a duration of 15 min with No Negative Marking.
Test 2: Technical Test (Two Sections: Pseudocode and Web Development) with a duration of 15 min with No Negative Marking.

All Three rounds happened on the same day in Office Location

Round 2: Coding  Test 

• Coding Questions Were from Medium to hard Level. 
• Try to use DSA Concepts to solve problems instead of using direct functions e.g. python Function.

Round 3: Technical Interview

• I was asked to give a brief introduction about myself and then further I was asked basic questions on topics like the OOPS concept, Web Development, Databases, and Questions raised from my Resume So keep Concepts clear that you’ve written on your resume. 
• I was also asked to implement an SQL query to create a table and insert some rows and columns. in it.
• Solid Understanding of Object-oriented design and Programming concepts.
• Knowledge of How websites work and what projects you have been building.

Round 4: HR Round 

• I was asked some questions like where I live, Am I aware of bond, etc.

Outcome: GOT SELECTED…!!

Suggestions:

• Focus on CS fundamentals like OOPs, DBMS, CN, OS, etc., and basic DSA concepts.
• Try to give To-The-Point answers which are short and clear.
• Go through your projects which are written in your resume.
• Don’t try to make stories until required.
• Once you’re done with the things mentioned above, you are good to go!!
