Exela Technologies Interview Experience For Data Entry Operator

It was my second time when I applied to this company through a non-profit organisation named Lighthouse Community Foundation.

Interview Process :

HR + Manager Round

First, they started taking interviews in English and suddenly jumped to Hindi.

• Tell me about yourself
• Why are you looking for this role as you are pursuing engineering?
• How will you manage your academics as you did last year and work?
• Are you comfortable with both day and night shifts?
• Will you buy a network connection (Wifi) if you are working from home?
• What’s your accuracy in typing?
• Why don’t you try for a technical interview in your college?
• Is there no placement in your college that’s why you are trying off campus?

It was quite a good experience as it was my second interview.
