CDS 1 Admit Card 2024: Candidates can access the admit card for CDS 1 Exam 2024 on the UPSC website in April 2024. The CDS 1 Exam will take place on 21st April 2024.

How to Download the CDS 1 Admit Card 2024?

Step 1: Candidates at first, need to visit the UPSC official website – upsc.gov.in

Step 2: Then, candidates need to go to the homepage, then check the ‘What’s New’ Section. Over there, click on the “e-Admit Card-CDS Examination 2024” link.

Step 3: Click on the ‘Download’ link, when a new page comes up on the screen.

Step 4: Carefully, go through all the instructions given. (If need be, take a printout of the instructions.)

Step 5: Upon clicking on ‘Yes’, a new page will come up.

Step 6: On the login page, candidates need to enter the required details given below:

• Registration Number and Date of Birth OR
• Roll Number and Date of Birth OR
• Name, Father’s Name, and Date of Birth

Step 7: Click on the ‘Submit’ tab, after filling the above details.

Step 8: The CDS 2024 Admit card in PDF format, can be seen on the screen now.

Step 9: Download and take a printout of the admit card, to refer in the future.

Note: Candidates must know that the admit cards for the CDS Exam are not sent by post. It is only available in online mode.

Technical Instructions to Download CDS Admit Card 2024

Certain technical instructions set by UPSC that candidates must adhere are:

• Latest versions of Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox Browsers, must be used by the candidate to download the admit card.

• On the browser, JavaScript should be active.

• Admit cards should be downloaded through Windows OS on the desktop computer & not mobile phones.

• In case a candidate faces any problem in downloading their admit cards Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox Browsers must be used and the cache & cookies need to be cleared using browser settings.

• If a candidate is blocked by the server due to repetitive downloading, then they must immediately contact the UPSC administrator through E-mail: web-upsc@nic.in to unblock the downloading.

Instructions for the CDS 2024 Exam Day

A candidate needs to follow the instructions given below on the day of the CDS 2024 Exam, such as:

• It is advised, that candidates need to be at their CDS exam centre, 20 minutes before their exam begins. The venue will be closed 10 minutes before the exam begins and no candidate will be allowed to enter after that.

• Candidates are not allowed to carry the following items with them to the exam centre such as: log tables, slide rules, electronic watches, laptops, calculators, calculating devices like mobile phones, pager, etc. or any such device.
