Speridian Interview Experience (On-Campus) 2023

I had the opportunity to participate in the on-campus interview process for Speridian Technologies. I received an offer, and here’s my overall experience:

The interview process was structured into four rounds:



Online Assessment Test:

This test comprised 60 multiple-choice questions to be completed in 60 minutes. It included 30 questions on general aptitude and 30 on technical topics. The test was moderately challenging, covering various aspects of computer science and programming fundamentals.

Group Discussion:

In this round, conducted with a group of 5 to 8 candidates, communication skills and active participation were evaluated. It was important to engage in the discussion, regardless of familiarity with the topic. Making meaningful contributions and demonstrating effective communication skills were key.



Technical Round:

Led by a senior developer, this round focused on Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA) and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts. I was presented with coding questions based on the DSA topics I had mentioned earlier. The interviewer provided detailed explanations and asked for step-by-step explanations of the solutions.

HR Round:

Conducted by an HR representative, this round assessed soft skills such as communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.

Overall, I found the interviewers to be knowledgeable and professional, which helped me feel comfortable throughout the process. I believe I would be a valuable addition to Speridian, and I am grateful for the opportunity to interview with them.
