Interview Of LTI
In October 2022 LTI (now it is called LTIMindtree) came in for OnCampus hiring.
There were a total of five rounds in the hiring of LTI:-
- Technical Aptitude round (Elimination round)
- Communication round (Not an elimination round but a mandatory round)
- Coding round
- Technical Interview
- HR Interview
So First of all I got selected in LTI.
Technical Interview
I cleared all the mandatory rounds and there was a technical interview round the interview was OnCampus which is why the interview was around 30 minutes and the questions were very easy if you are from a computer science background. They’ll ask you simple questions based on your preferred language. Simple oops questions and some coding questions like Armstrong number, palindrome number, etc.
HR Interview
After two days we got the results of technical round and then on the third day my HR round was scheduled the HR round lasted for 15 minutes only in which the interviewer asked some questions like comfortable for relocation and available for shifts and four five simple HR questions.
If you are having your interview of LTIMindtree then do your best and you must have your basics clear.
