It was an on-campus virtual drive conducted by LTIMindtree.They conducted three rounds.
Round 1: This was the aptitude round and communication test.
This was conducted in the online proctored platform SHL. It consists of a total of 45 aptitude questions and 30 communication questions. The aptitude question level was easy to medium. In the communication round there was three part. The time for the aptitude test was 60 minutes. In the communication section, there are listen and repeat sentence section, read sentence sections, and speak on-topic section. The time for the communication section was 45 minutes.
Round 2: Round 2 was a virtual technical interview.
The interview was conducted on the SHL platform. The link for the interview was given 2 days before the interview. I joined the interview in time and there was a queue. For some time I was first in the queue. Then my interview started.
The interviewer first gave his introduction. He asked me the following questions:
- Introduce yourself.
- Why java is platform independent?
- What is a static keyword?
- What is the difference between abstract class and interface?
- Explain super keyword.
- Write a code and explain inheritance and polymorphism.
- What is the difference between method overloading and method overriding?
- Why method overriding is called run time polymorphism?
- Do you have any questions for me?
They gave the shortlisted students list after 15 days of technical interviews and Hr interview was scheduled one day after the result.
Round 3: Round 3 was a virtual interview.
The interviewer asked me the following questions:
- Introduce yourself.
- What is your hometown?
- Suggest to me some places where I can visit(I told traveling as my hobby) as I am from south India.
- What are your strengths?
- Why do you want to join LTIMindtree(I mention the training)?
- What is the training that is given by LTIMindtree?
- Do you have any questions for me?
