Data Insight’s placement process consisted of five rounds, during which over 800+ students were selected for further evaluation and all rounds were elimination rounds.
Round 1:
There are four programming questions of medium to hard level. And total of 22 students out of 800+ were selected for further rounds, basically if you do 3+ problems correctly then you will proceed to further rounds.
Round 2:
There is an MCQ-Based Test consisting of 35 programming MCQs based on C, C++, Data structures, OOPS, and Java and 15 aptitude-based MCQ questions. And total of 4 students out of 22 were selected for further rounds.
Round 3:
There is a short interview based on the tech stacks you know and about your projects and internship experiences after this round, only 1 student is selected for a further round.
Round 4:
There is a 45-minute long interview based on Data Structures and Algorithms, the interviewer asked about, trees, graphs, priority queues, time complexity space complexity and you have to solve a new problem on a graph. In my case, it was based on Dijkstra’s algorithm.
Round 5:
There is a short interview with the tech lead of the company and they ask about projects and test your knowledge about tech stack you already know and added to your portfolio.
