Avizva Interview Experience for Trainee Development Engineer (On-Campus)

I appeared for an on-campus interview of Avizva: Trainee Development Engineer in November 2023. The interview process was scheduled for two days at my college.

Interview Process :

Company Presentation

Like any other organization that arrives to conduct on-campus interviews, Avizva organized PPT to inculcate us about the work culture, ongoing projects and desired skills for developers. This was an interactive session where the officials often asked basic questions related to technology, DevOps etc. We were guided for the upcoming rounds of interviews too.

OA

The OA consisted of 2 Coding Questions and MCQ questions related to programming and technical. I cleared this round and was headed for the next Super 60 round.

Super Sixty Round

This was a 1 to 1 round, it reminded me of the extempore competition we had in school days. In this, we were to speak about a topic given to us on the spot for 60 seconds. The interviewers offered me a bowl of sheets to pick one topic. I picked the sheet to see an image of a “Crown” and was allowed a minute to frame my words before starting the 60-second round. I remember the other topics my friends received were “Baseball”, “Spinner”, “A tree with black and white shade”, and “Throne”. I was able to leave a good impression with my communication skills and cleared this round too.

Technical+HR

The next day the final round was scheduled. The interview was focused on one’s resume and the skills they have. The interviewers comforted me by starting with my hobbies and internship experiences. They checked my published articles on geeks for geeks, and my previous project from my internship and asked me to explain my minor and major projects. The questions were asked based on the skills mentioned in my resume.

  1. What is the latest version of Java?
  2. What are JDK and JVM.
  3. What is an anonymous inner class?
  4. Can we run a program without the main method in Java?
  5. What is the interface of the Scanner class?
  6. Write a program for a Binary tree.
  7. State some services of AWS.
  8. Explain practical applications of EC2 and S3.
  9. How do you see yourself in the next 5 years?
  10. Why do you want to join Avizva?

Verdict: No offer
