Comcast Interview Experience for Development Engineer (On-Campus) 2023

Comcast Visited our campus offering three different roles:

Number of rounds: 3



Online Assessment:

There were around 6-7 sections each one focused on a different subject, and 2 coding questions which were of easy-medium level, if you have done medium problems on leetcode you can clear this round very easily and for MCQ they were asked from DBMS, DS, OS, CN, Java, SpringBoot, Python and you need to have a good understanding of core subjects to clear this round along with the coding questions.

After the online assessment, there were around 150 people who were shortlisted for the next round which is a technical interview.



Technical Round:

The interviewer started asking me to introduce myself and went straight into the projects that I had, mentioned in my resume. He asked me to explain the project from start to finish and asked some in-depth questions.
After the project, he started by asking which language you are comfortable with and I answered Java then he gave me a simple question – palindrome and asked me to solve it using the most optimal approach and I gave two two-pointer solutions.

After the technical round around 40 people were shortlisted for the next round for all three roles.

HR Round:

Only 5 people were not offered out of 40 and roles were offered according to our resume and skill set as I was good with Java they offered me with Development Engineer role.
