AWS Interview Experience For Cloud Support Associate (On-Campus)

Hey guys,

I wanted to share with you my interview experience with Amazon Web Services for the Cloud support associate role(CSA). This role deals with customers’ technical issues and makes you familiar with the cloud. Good for cloud learners.



This consisted of 4 rounds:

1st round: written test

This round is an MCQ-based test where you will be given questions based on networking, operating systems, and databases. Behavioral questions based on Amazon 16 leadership principles.



2nd round: Interview round 1

This round is an operating systems round where you’ll be given questions based on operating systems only. Here are the few questions that are mandatorily asked

The device is slowing down, Troubleshoot it.

The device is Heating up. Troubleshoot it.

3rd round: Interview round 2

This is a computer networking round and questions on networks were put.

4th round: Managerial round

This round has only situation-based questions. Make sure you go through the Amazon leadership principles and incorporate them in your answers. Be honest, and keep smiling.

Note: Troubleshooting and Linux commands are important. Make sure you answer in Linux commands and not just throw words.
