I hope you all are doing well. I wanted to share my recent interview experience at Shrimad Technologies, located in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. The company was hiring for the position of Cloud and Cybersecurity Associate intern, and I was fortunate enough to be selected for this role through an off-campus hiring process in July. The entire selection process took place at their office.
1.First Round: The first round was an interview where they assessed my communication skills, cloud computing expertise, and knowledge related to cybersecurity. The interviewer asked me to introduce myself and posed the following questions:
- What is cloud computing?
- What are cloud deployment models?
- What are the benefits of cloud computing?
- What is Cyber Security?
- What is the importance of Cyber Security in the current era?
- Some situational-based questions were also asked. Additionally, they inquired about my personal and college projects.
At last, the interviewer wished me luck, and I received a positive outcome, being selected for the Second round.
2. Second Round: The second round consisted of two written assessments covering Networking, Cloud Computing (Azure and Microsoft 365), Operating System, and Cyber Security-related multiple-choice questions.
After taking these assessments, I was informed that I had cleared the technical assessments and was asked to attend the third round the next day.
3. Third Round (TR+ Managerial): The third round was an interview where they asked more questions related to Networking, Cloud Computing, and Cybersecurity. The interviewer asked me to introduce myself again and proceeded with the following questions:
- What is an IP address?
- What are the types of IP addresses? Can you explain the differences between IPv4 and IPv6?
- What is the reason behind the development of IPv6 addressing?
- Additionally, they inquired about Classless Inter-Domain Routing (CIDR).
- Apart from technical questions, they also discussed my availability, willingness to relocate, and other related matters.
I was informed that I had cleared the third round successfully.
