Hi Everyone, Today I am Sharing my HCL Technologies Interview Experience. HCL Technologies came to my college for On-Campus Recruitment Drive. It consists of 3 Rounds and all 3 rounds were online.
Round 1: Written Round Online :
Online Test: This Round 1 consists of :
- Quantitative/Numerical Ability – 15 Questions for 15 minutes.
- Logical Reasoning – 15 Questions for 15 minutes.
- Verbal Ability – 15 Questions for 15 minutes.
- Computer Fundamentals – 30 Questions for 30 minutes.
- Coding Questions – 2 Questions for 20 minutes.
This Round had a difficulty level of Easy to Medium also the Elimination Round.
After this round shortlisted students had gone through Interview Round(Technical + HR) or 2nd Written Round for GET INFRA Profile based on their Performance. I was Selected for Written Round 2 for GET INFRA profile.
Round 2: Written Round 2nd :
This Round Consists of 20 Multiple choice Questions for 30 minutes. In this Round Questions were asked from Computer Networking, Cyber Security and Linux/Unix.
This Written Round had a difficulty level of Easy to Medium.
Round 3: Technical + HR Interview :
After 2nd Written Round Shortlisted Students passed to Interview Round. This Round Consists of both Technical Interview and HR Interview. This Round was held 5 days after the Technical Round This is the final Round of the Selection Process.
In this Round Questions asked are given below :
- Firstly Interviewer Allow me to introduce myself.
- The Programming language that I know well.
- Difference between C++ and Java.
- What is OOPs.
- What is your Strength.
- What is Your project.
- What are you know about HCL Technologies.
- What would you rate your Communication Skills.
- She Asked about my Academics Scores throughout 10th, 12th, and Graduation.
- Are you ready to Reallocate?
- Any Questions for me?
This Interview Round had a difficulty level of Easy.
She Wishes me Good Luck. After 1 day I got my result with the Document sheet along All Selected Students and I was one of them.
VERDICT: SELECTED
The overall Difficulty level of the Selection Process was Easy to Medium.
