You can pick 5 topics at a time. But if you want to write on the sixth topic it is important that your submitted article’s status changes to either ‘in-review’ or ‘published’.
If any of your article’s status is either ‘Draft’, ‘Awaiting Author’, or ‘Pending’ you will not be able to write on another topic. So, kindly take care of it.
Other than this, please make sure that all the articles are plagiarism-free and have human-written content.

Payment Details
- All the contributors contributing articles on Human Resource Management topics from the pick section will get INR 1000 remuneration for each published article.
- Once your article is published, a form will be shared with you in which you will have to share your bank details and PAN number.
- The payments will be released from our end by 10th January 2024.

In both cases, the remuneration will be reflected in your account in the first week of the following month.
