Akrivia Automation Interview Experience for Full Stack Developer

Brief:

Akrivia Automation is an CRM company that provide services to online assessment platforms and corporate automations. The company is owned by director of our organization and the maximum hiring is done on our campus and off-campus(through referrals), there is a possibility of hiring from other campuses too. The company offers two roles mainly Full-stack developer and Software testing. The hiring process is completely done in offline mode. Prior to one month of the company shared the job descriptions attached with some of the course links need to be completed before the assessment.

Round-1 | Technical Assessment:

The round is completely based on the tech-stack that need to be completed before the assessment (provided in job description). The round-1 started with an interaction session with the examination panel and brief of the company vision and goals.



The assessment consisted of 50Mcqs based on topics

The Mcqs included code snippets, syntax corrections and theoretical questions. The assessment in conducted in our campus itself and the results were out in 2 days.



The selected candidates were allotted with a date and time to attend the interview (offline mode, need to report in the office itself).

Round-2 | Interview:

The interview was done by the CTO himself, the interview started with the introduction and deep discussion on the projects mentioned in the resume. Then question based on full-stack were asked some them were

Later moved to my project , cause I developed using Angular. so, gone in depth discussion with the project. The interview lasted for around 40-50mins.

The selected candidates were announced and held to have interaction with the CEO. The CEO was a chill man, just had a interaction with everyone and explained about the company, its legacy, vision and much more.

From the very next day the candidates were called upon for the internship and will offer the full-time role based on the performance in the internship.
