Act21 hires are based on multiple rounds.
Aptitude and Logical Round:
In the first aptitude round, there were aptitude-oriented questions along with some logical questions.
Coding Round:
After having been shortlisted we had an online coding round.
- In the coding round, there were two coding questions both were from Array and easy to medium level questions.
Telephonic Interview 1:
After the aptitude round, the selected students were called for a telephonic interview to schedule the TR1 and also to learn about themselves. Luckily, I cleared that round. I was asked about the languages I prefer and the technologies I have been practising and on the same day my TR1 round was scheduled they asked some basic questions based on the stack, array, and string and especially they focused on the Time Complexity of Questions.
In technical round 1, they asked about my projects and my internship. I explained to them about my projects from 1st year to 3rd year and about the project on which currently I am working.
Some coding questions like:-
- Quick sort
- Insert at the bottom of the stack
- Subarray sum length with the given target sum
- OOPS Questions
- And some similar Questions.
Overall experience was very good and I also solved my all questions. They mainly focus on your resume.
HR Round:
In the last and final round, they asked very general Questions and some Questions from the resume. At last, they asked me some behavioural questions.
