Accenture organized a campus recruitment drive for the 2024 graduating batch of JSS Academy Technical Education, Noida. Invitations were extended virtually, providing comprehensive details including the job description and registration instructions. On August 19, 2023, prospective candidates received registration emails prompting them to enrol via a designated link.
Following successful registration, candidates were instructed to create profiles on the support website provided by Accenture. Subsequently, a mock test was scheduled for September 5, 2023, serving to assess candidates’ system configurations. Individual examination slots were allocated, with my assigned date being September 7, 2023, in accordance with the provided schedule on campus(offline).
ROUND 1 :
In the initial round, a 90-minute aptitude test was administered, comprising questions of moderate difficulty. For preparation, candidates were encouraged to utilize resources such as INDIABIX for practice.
ROUND 2 :
Upon successful completion of the first round, candidates progressed to the second stage, which involved a coding assessment. This round featured two questions, each of moderate complexity. One question pertained to mathematical problem-solving, while the other focused on string manipulation. This round lasted for 45min.
ROUND 3:
Following the second round, candidates proceeded to the third stage, an online communication test. This assessment, of moderate difficulty, aimed to evaluate candidates’ verbal and written communication skills. To aid in preparation, candidates were directed to utilize resources on YouTube for the Accenture communication test. This round lasted for 30min.
ROUND 4:
In the final stage, candidates underwent online interviews, with varying formats observed among peers. My interview primarily comprised HR inquiries, while some of my acquaintances encountered a blend of HR and technical assessments.
The interviewer fostered a comfortable environment, initiating our interaction with a brief self-introduction and extending an invitation for any queries I might have. Lasting approximately 25 minutes, the interview centred on aspects of my project work. Specific inquiries delved into the uniqueness of my project, clarifying whether it was a collaborative effort or an individual endeavour.
Given that my project was a group endeavour, I fielded questions regarding the challenges encountered while collaborating with team members and the obstacles faced during project execution. Additionally, discussions touched upon personal strengths and weaknesses.
The interviewer expressed satisfaction with my responses and concluded the session on a positive note, remarking that it was a pleasure conversing with me.
VERDICT: Selected
