ZOHO stands for Small office Home office. It is one of the big MNCs in India situated in only three places that is Chennai, Madurai, and Tenkasi. It is also one of the best product-based companies and the company culture is also really good. Zoho products comprise CRM, Books, Sales intelligence, and so on. It acts as a single repository to bring sales, marketing, people, and policies.
First round
In the first round aptitude and basic english test will be given to each candidate to know the basic understanding of english and logical reasoning will be tested and those who qualify for first round they will directly promoted to second round on the same day. Note the first and second round will be given on the same day at the particular exam center where you need to go there and visit the campus and give the interview.
Second round
In the second round, they will assign you a technical blog where you need to write SEO optimized technical content and give you best shot. The range will be 500 – 800 words but no AI tools should be used and within the given time you need to submit to them in an efficient manner.
Third round
The third and final round will be conducted on the next day of first and second round of the interview at the same exam center. In this round they will ask you simple technical questions such as SEO, ZOHO products and solutions, SEM, Content writing and Copy writing, and so on.
Final round
Here comes the best part of ZOHO HR will ask simple questions like why joining ZOHO despite there are more MNCs and Why do you choose content writing and so on. Here they will ask about basic management as well as situation reactions questions to test your patience as well as behavior. After this discussion they will discuss about your salary package that is 6LPA for a fresher and it completely depends on how well you perform and how you face. All the best!
