The Wipro Recruitment process consists of 3 rounds:
Written Test
Technical Interview
HR round
Written Test : I appeared to attempt the “Wipro Elite National Talent Hunt-2022” which was conducted on the 20th of July 2022.
- I gave my level best and was expecting that I would clear that round.
- Finally, the cleared candidates started to get emails, saying that they were qualified for the next round of the recruitment process. Two of my friends got an email. And I was pretty confident about my performance and expecting an email.
- The first phase of the selection process was done. I was left with no clue where I went wrong and then I started to focus on other opportunities.
- One fine noon, I just refreshed my email and I suddenly saw a message in my inbox from the NLTH team that I was able to make it to the next round.
I was like, Yay! I did it!
I WAS SURPRISED BECAUSE I THOUGHT I GOT REJECTED BUT HOPEFULLY NOT 😛
Interview Day : I carried all the mandatory documents to the venue and waited a bit and signed the sheet they provided (probably their confirmation for our presence)
After a long waiting, it’s my turn.
Technical Round: I was about to enter the cabin, But an interviewer asked me to wait for a while as they are in discussion of something. So, I merely waited for 45 minutes. After that, an interviewer called me to the cabin in which the interview was held, And then I wished him and handed over my resume to him. (I was a little nervous and left the venue as my interview was over)
After a few days, I was just refreshing my mail and suddenly saw a letter of intent from Wipro!! It was unexpected because I didn’t take those words (“see you at Wipro”) from HR seriously, I just thought that“Huh.!!, okay let’s try for some other companies, and this time I should not screw it up by myself :)” (I myself got fixed that Wipro not gonna happen in my mind) and suddenly after seeing it in my inbox, I felt really very happy. Though he has a reason to reject, he just saw some stuff in the candidates.
I can’t just forget the way the Interviewer corrected me and taught me with patience and with a pleasant smile on his face. He didn’t reject me for it. Am very happy and thankful for what he taught me.
