What is Pilot Channel?

The Pilot channel in wireless communication technology is a type of a wireless unmodulated spectrum signal transmitted by the CDMA (Code Division Multiple Access) from the location of the BS (Base Station) or MS (Mobile Station) depending on the strength and the quality of the wireless communication technology signal used in the above process. The Pilot channel in wireless communication technology makes use of the process of the direct sequencing of the highly unmodulated signals used in the wireless communication technology so that the users can ensure that the signal spectrum is distributed and spread evenly throughout the whole terrain of the region over which the wireless communication technology is taking place.
