Virtusa Interview Experience (On-Campus)

Virtusa visited our college during the 6th semester. The process consisted of 3 rounds.

Round 1 (3 hours): This was an online assessment round. The time limit for this round was 3 hours. A total of 200 students gave the test. It had 3 MCQ sections and 2 coding sections:-



  1. Aptitude section
  2. Technical and web section
  3. Communication and verbal section
  4. First Coding Round: The first coding round had 4 questions ranging from easy to medium-level questions. The questions were:

  5. Second Coding Round: The second coding round was called the power coding round and it had 3 questions. All 3 questions were of DP.

I solved all the MCQ questions and solved 3 questions from the first coding section. I got selected for the next round.

Round 2 (15- 20 minutes): This was a technical interview round. It was scheduled for the next day of the online assessment. Only 40 students were selected for this round. My interview lasted for around 20 minutes while some lasted for only 5-10 minutes. The interviewer asked me to introduce myself and then he asked questions from:



The difficulty of questions was easy as he just wanted to check the basics. I was asked a total of 18 questions and I was able to answer almost all the questions.

Round 3 (3-5 minutes): After 3-4 hours of technical interview, I got a mail from Virtusa about the HR round. It was scheduled on the same day as the technical interview. 22 students were selected for this round. 

Out of 22 students. 16 were selected and I was one of them.
