Explanation: Let Felix’s and Adam’s share be F and A respectively. Then,
4/15 × F = 2/5 × A
⇒ 20 F = 30 A
⇒ F/A = 3/2
⇒ F:A = 3:2.
Therefore, Adam won = 2/5 of Rs 1210 = Rs 484.
