Peoplestrong came to our campus at the beginning of October (2021) virtually. There were total 3 Rounds: Coding round, 2 technical interviews.
Round 1(Coding Round – HackerEarth): 2 hrs
- 3 questions based on array implementation, binary search, segment tree
- Around 16 students were shortlisted for the later rounds. The interviews were to be held on teams platform.
Round 2(Technical Interview): 1 hr
- Intro
- project discussion
- Data Structure discussion- array, set, time complexities of various operations
- OOPs- abstraction, access specifier, etc.

Round 3(Technical Interview): 1 hr
- OOPs – rapid fire questions
- DBMS – advantages/disadvantages of normalization, SOLID?
- Write code: reverse stack using recursion
- Write code: print all permutation of array of characters
In the end, 2 students were selected.
Tip: Focus on DSA, your answer should be bug-free and cover all corner cases.
