Hello guys,
I’m currently a 4th Year student at Symbiosis University of Applied Sciences, Indore(MP). As per our college curriculum, the 7th semester is our internship period(6 months), we don’t have to attend college and the grading is done as per our performance and review by the company we are interns at.
I joined Netlink Software Private Limited as a “Python Development Intern” for 3 months. It has been 1 month and I’m here sharing my experience in the company. So let us first go through the hiring process of the company.
Netlink Software Pvt Ltd does not host any interview rounds and Its hiring process starts directly from interviews, tho there can be multiple rounds of interview that also has technical round. There are a lot of talent acquisition executives that take the interviews. In the technical HR round, they may ask you to code some basic to intermediate level codes just to understand how deep knowledge of that particular language you have. Also, There are a lot of job roles available including all the majors like Front-End(JS, Angular, Flask, etc), Back-End(Python, Java, etc), Finance, HR, Content Writing, Marketing, Outsystems engineering and a lot more.
Pro tip: To crack the interview brush up on the basics of the role you are applying for both technical and general. Also, make a clean and precise resume as the interviewers ask for almost everything from the resume.
I personally joined the company as a “Python Developer” and My reporting manager Mr. Prakash Motwani, who is the Director of the company. He along with the whole department is so kind and friendly they always help me wherever I’m stuck. The projects I’m working on and have seen the others are really great to learn and grow in such an environment.
Pros:
- Great work environment and people are highly intellectual.
- Great infrastructure and peaceful garden along with cricket ground, cafe, canteen, basketball court and more indoor activities.
- Private cubicles along with a particular hierarchy being followed.
- Buses for all routes in nearby cities along with different timings.
Cons:
- A lot of people on campus so fewer interactions.
- For interns, there is a randomization of cubicle assignments wherever available which could have been with the same department instead.
