I had the honor of taking part in the expected Google Cloud Community Days Kolkata 2023 on May 7th, a magnificent event put on by GDG Cloud Kolkata. Participants from various backgrounds and levels of competence flocked to the location with a tangible sense of excitement as they prepared to dig into the world of cutting-edge technology and cloud computing.
The venue was excited and anticipatory as the event began at ten in the morning. Warm smiles and a smooth registration process welcomed us as we arrived at the venue. The event’s schedule was well worked out, ensuring that every second was filled with worthwhile experiences and chances to grow.
We were escorted into the main auditorium for the inauguration ceremony after a brief welcome and introduction that established the tone for the day to come. The event featured eminent speakers who shared their perspectives on the value of cloud computing, how Google Cloud is revolutionizing businesses, and the countless opportunities that lie ahead in the field of technology.
After the official opening, we were led inside for a delicious lunch spread, which gave us the energy we would need for the rest of the learning day. It was a great chance to meet with other enthusiasts, share ideas, and create relationships that went beyond the confines of institutions of higher learning and organizations.
Following lunch, the conference broke up into a number of tracks, each focusing on a different aspect of Google Cloud technology. My interest in artificial intelligence and machine learning led me to choose the AI/ML route. Industry leaders and Google Cloud-certified professionals led the seminars, expertly demystifying difficult ideas and applications.
I gained a deeper knowledge of these revolutionary technologies thanks to the AI/ML track’s immersive experience. We examined a variety of Google Cloud’s AI/ML tools and frameworks, learned about the most recent developments, and dove into real-world case studies. We were able to ask questions and participate in debates because the sessions were interactive, thereby enhancing our learning.
The event’s planners had carefully planned for interesting workshops and practical laboratories during the entire event, providing participants the chance to put their knowledge to use and try out Google Cloud products for themselves.
