Round 1: Application
The first round was filling out the application form which consisted of some basic details such as name, college name, contact, educational field and branch, etc.
There were also some descriptive questions such as-
- Why are you interested in joining us?
- What do you understand by “community management”?
- Explain your recent community experiences.
Round 2: Virtual (Managerial + HR round)
- Please give your introduction.
- Can you tell me about your experience in communities?
- What do you think are the responsibilities of a community manager?
- If there will be some disagreement between 2 team members, how will you handle that?
- How will you keep track of whether everyone on the team is working properly?
- If someone in the team is not working well, how will you handle it?
- Why do you want to join us?
- How will you manage your time for managing the community along with studies and other things?
- Can you share a specific example of a community engagement initiative or event you successfully implemented in the past?
- In your opinion, what are some effective strategies to increase community participation and engagement?
- How would you encourage collaboration and a healthy environment among community members?
Some tips:
- Stay honest and genuine while answering questions that involve any personal experiences.
- Try to cite examples in your answers to let them understand your point better.
- Be confident, and answer politely.
