Round-1 (MCQ challenge)

The first round was an online assessment that consisted of 60 multiple-choice questions. The questions covered a variety of topics, including aptitude, logical reasoning, algorithms, and programming. I found the assessment to be challenging but fair (Test Duration: 45 minutes).

The questions should be answered carefully as no going back is allowed. Don’t stress over attempting to complete the 60 questions on the exam in the allotted 45 minutes. If you are unable to answer a question in the first attempt, avoid wasting too much time on it.

Round 2 (Technical Interview Round 1)

The second round of the interview was a technical interview. The interviewer started by asking me to introduce myself and my background in computer science. They then asked me a variety of questions about my projects, internships, and training, as well as my programming skills. I was questioned about my familiarity with various programming languages, data structures, and algorithms so that further questioning could be based on that knowledge. Some of the questions that I was asked were:

I felt that the interview was challenging but manageable. The interview lasted for 45 minutes, and I was able to answer most of the questions correctly. I was shortlisted for the next round of interview.

Round 3 (Technical Interview Round 2)

The second round of the technical interview was more challenging than the previous one. The interviewer started by introducing himself and then asked me to introduce myself, my interests, experiences, and learnings. He then start asked me a variety of questions on different technologies.

This round of interview was a brainstorming interview which lasted for 30 minutes. The interviewer asked me several complex and scenario-based questions, some of which I do not remember clearly. However, I was able to answer most of the questions correctly and got shortlisted for the next and final round of interview.

Round 4 (HR and Managerial Round)

The HR introduced herself and gave a brief overview of the work environment and location of the company before beginning the HR and Managerial Round. She then asked me to introduce myself and discuss my interests, finest occasions, mistakes, accomplishments, and ambitions. She also asked about my extracurricular activities, my family, my educational background, the modifications I observed in myself over the previous five years, my expectations for the five years to come, my plans for the future, and most importantly whether I would be open to moving to Pune.
The discussion was quite engaging and unforgettable.

I was thrilled to receive the offer from FusionStak as my first job offer. The interview process was challenging but fair, and I felt that I was able to fully showcase my skills and knowledge. I was especially proud to be one of only two students from our campus to receive an offer.
