Daffodil Software Interview Experience for Junior Associate IT Software Developer

Unthinkable Solutions visited the PSIT campus in 2023 to recruit computer science students. This was an on-campus visit, and all stages of the recruitment process were conducted in person.

The recruitment process involved:

1. Online Test:

The online test had two stages, both focusing on coding. Each stage consisted of two coding questions. Candidates who passed the first stage advanced to the second stage. Those who completed the second stage proceeded to the interviews.



The questions were of medium to hard level.

2. Technical Interview:

The technical interview was rigorous, featuring coding questions such as pattern problems (for instance, printing star patterns), puzzles, and technical questions. Questions were tailored to the technologies mentioned in the candidates’ resumes and programming languages like C++, Python, etc. Candidates who cleared this round proceeded to the HR interview.

3. HR Interview:

The HR interview included typical HR questions and was relatively straightforward.



In total, 6 candidates were hired from the college.
