Working at Climate Classes, a promising startup supported by FBTI and founded by NIT, Rourkela alumni, was a transformative experience for me. As a physics tutor, I had the opportunity to impart knowledge and shape the academic journey of aspiring students. This article details my work experience at Clavimate Classes, highlighting the supportive work environment, the online tutoring mode, and the seamless management system.
A Supportive Work Environment:
At Clavimate Classes, I had the privilege of working under the guidance of a highly supportive Head of the Physics Department (HOD). The HOD was not only an expert in the field but also possessed a friendly and approachable demeanor. They were always available to address any concerns or questions, ensuring a nurturing environment for both students and teachers. This support from the HOD fostered a positive atmosphere that encouraged growth and collaboration among the faculty.
Online Mode of Tutoring:
Clavimate Classes employed an online mode of tutoring, which allowed us to reach a wider audience and provide quality education beyond geographical constraints. Conducting two batches a day, each lasting approximately 1.5 hours, I had the opportunity to interact with students from diverse backgrounds and locations. The online platform facilitated seamless communication, enabling interactive teaching sessions, sharing of resources, and timely feedback. Embracing this modern teaching approach not only enhanced students’ learning experiences but also expanded my own teaching repertoire.
Timely Salary and Perks:
