Hello everyone, I am an MCA student, this is my interview experience from my on-campus placement at CISCO India.
ROUND 1(CODING ROUND) – 1 hour
- 15 – 20 questions on computer fundamentals, networking, electronics, os, DBMS, error finding, oops
- 2 coding questions – 1 easy, 1 medium
ROUND 2(CODING INTERVIEW ROUND) – 50 min
- 2 min – Tell me about yourself
- 3 min – Resume based questions
- 10 min – Detailed discussion on my projects
- 30 min – Questions on networking concepts, network security, cryptography
- 5 min – 1 coding question, at last, to solve on any compiler [eg – “Find the second largest number in an array without sorting it.”]
ROUND 3(MANAGERIAL ROUND) – 1 hour
- 10 min – Detailed discussion on resume
- 15 min – Question on team conflict, team building, team management, how to empower someone in the team who is inexperienced in the tech being used.
- 15 min – Situation-based questions to check your personality – eg, how will you handle pressure situations, how to handle extraordinary customers.
- 15 min – Situation based Questions on your strength and weakness
- 5 min – Why do you want to join Cisco?
ROUND 4(HR Round) – 15 min

I cleared the interviews and I was offered a dual offer for 6 months internship starting from Jan – July 2021 and FT starting from Aug 2021.
