I appeared for Axtria for the position of Analyst through their on-campus drive. A little about Axtria, it is a US-based life science and data science company that is actively hiring for entry-level jobs and growing exponentially. I appeared for the Axtria test + interview in August 2022 through college placement for an Analyst role. Total 2 rounds were conducted. The whole procedure was in virtual mode.
Eligibility :
- M.tech/M.Sc. CS/IT/IE/Math/Stats/OR/AI/DS graduate from 2022 or 2023 batch
- Academic criteria (10th – 80%, 12th – 70%, Graduation – 60%)
Round 1 – Aptitude Test
The aptitude round consisted of multiple sections:
- Verbal
- Quantitative
- Logical
- Problem-solving
Round 2 – Tech Round
In this round, the interviewer asked me about
- My introduction
- Some basic statistics Question
- One Puzzle
- Very little about my projects from my CV
Round 3- Tech/HR round
In this round, there were two interviewers one from the Tech team and the other was HR. Question asked where
- My introduction
- Some questions from my project from CV
- My family background
- Future plans and further HR questions
