Akatsuki Coding Club Interview Experience

Welcome to this blog.

Guys, I’m a second-year student at R. C. PATEL INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY, SHIRPUR. My second year has started, and I’m thoroughly enjoying it. Here, there’s a club called the Akatsuki Coding Club, which provides a fantastic opportunity for those eager to learn new skills and enhance their abilities further.

Recently, the existing team announced recruitment for new members. They initiated the process with the First round of “Resume Shortlisting“. In this phase, candidates with powerful resumes showcasing impressive projects and skills stand the highest chance of proceeding to the next round. Fortunately, my resume was among the 150+ shortlisted.

I received a call from the team head congratulating me on being selected for an interview. At that moment, I felt a surge of confidence, believing that I could accomplish great things.

The second and final round was the “Interview” by Mr. Ravi, the team lead. Initially, I felt a bit uneasy as it was my first interview, but as Mr. Ravi began asking questions, I gradually grew more comfortable and confidently answered each query.

However, there was one simple question I struggled to answer: “Describe yourself in one word.” Mr. Ravi calmly guided me on how to handle such questions, turning it into a valuable learning experience.

When the final list was announced, I was thrilled to find my name among the selected candidates.

To all the new recruits, I want to impart this message: Don’t be afraid during interviews. Believe in yourself, and you will undoubtedly succeed.
